Returns & Refunds Policy (15 Days)
Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed on the SnapVibe / VibeFinds online store, with worldwide shipping.
1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
2. General Return Period (Rest of the World)
For orders outside the EU, we accept returns within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in good condition, with no damage or signs of misuse
- All original accessories must be included
- It must be returned in original or equivalent packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within the applicable timeframe at:

We respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping
- Customer decision (change of mind, etc.): customer covers return shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or due to our error.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery and include photos or video evidence.
We will offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
8. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or customer-damaged items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale items (if clearly stated)
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
10. Late Returns
Returns requested outside the applicable timeframe (14 days EU / 15 days rest of world) will not be accepted.
